I. Accumulate Bitcoin
Our primary purpose is to continuously accumulate BTC at the best possible prices for our investors. Over time, our strategy will acquire more Bitcoin for you than would have been possible without our professional assistance.
II. Reduce USD Drawdown Risk
The fund will adjust Bitcoin vs Cash balances dynamically, as well as employ derivative hedging strategies to manage BTC exposures synthetically. Short (“hedged”) derivative positioning guarantees significant cash balances at the bottom of bearish trends, optimizing coins acquired through time.

III. Long Term Investment Horizon
We will rely on simple, scalable, and sustainable practices which foster stable growth for the business and investment portfolio. Bitcoin’s price in USD is volatile, and any investment in a high volatility asset should be held over a long-term horizon. Our fund has a 4-year lock in provision, but is best suited to a 10+ year horizon. Tax-sheltered retirement account investments are highly encouraged. Volatility will be expected and welcomed over short time horizons.
